01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon registering on the baji login999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a User's baji login999 Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts awarded by baji login999 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited by the User from their personal financial accounts (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, Raast, USDT TRC20).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a game, sporting event, or any other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which accessing or using the Platform is restricted under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity and eligibility.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, logging into an existing baji login999 Account, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally. Your acceptance creates a binding legal agreement between you and baji login999.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the baji login999 Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotional-specific terms, the promotional terms will prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Eligibility

To register and use baji login999, you must be at least 18 years of age. You must also be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws in your jurisdiction.

3.2 Registration Requirements

When creating a baji login999 Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document;
• A valid Pakistan mobile number (used as your primary login credential);
• A secure password of your own choosing;
• Any additional information requested during KYC verification.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. baji login999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where registration information is found to be fraudulent, and any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one baji login999 Account. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, baji login999 may consolidate or close them and void any winnings or bonuses generated through the additional accounts.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baji login999 Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. Any action taken using your credentials — whether by you or by a third party who has gained access — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify baji login999 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. We may temporarily suspend your Account pending a security review.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

baji login999 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Documents commonly requested include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and proof of the payment method used to fund the Account. Failure to provide valid documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity or financial transactions for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. baji login999 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable law, and will notify you before any such fee is applied.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

baji login999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Raast (Pakistan's interbank instant payment system)
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency, converted to PKR at the prevailing rate)

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed on the deposit screen within your Account. baji login999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to fund your Account. baji login999 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to twenty-four (24) business hours, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any maximum daily withdrawal limits are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. baji login999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals above 100,000 PKR.

5.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with baji login999 support is a breach of these Terms. baji login999 reserves the right to recover funds subject to unjustified chargebacks and to close the associated Account.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by baji login999 are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as these general Terms. Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before any portion can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the promotion) must be bet before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a 100% welcome bonus of 5,000 PKR with a 10x wagering requirement means 50,000 PKR in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to real funds.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

baji login999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts, employing low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, baji login999 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

07 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is confirmed only when baji login999 has accepted it and you have received a confirmation. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, the bet will be voided and your stake returned. baji login999 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the User's side.

7.2 Manifestly Incorrect Odds

Where baji login999 has displayed odds or game parameters that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where a bet has already been placed at the incorrect odds, to void the bet and return the stake. We will endeavour to identify and correct errors promptly.

7.3 Live Betting

In-play and live betting markets are subject to rapid change. baji login999 may suspend or close markets at any time. Bets placed after an event's outcome is determined (due to latency or other factors) are void. It is your responsibility to ensure your bet is placed with full awareness of the current match status.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji login999 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform;
2. Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating;
3. Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities rather than reporting them;
4. Misrepresenting your identity, age, or residency during registration or KYC;
5. Using the Platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity;
6. Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation;
7. Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or transferring accounts between individuals;
8. Using a VPN, proxy, or any technical means to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the baji login999 Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, user interface design, trademarks, logos, text, and video streams — is the intellectual property of baji login999 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from baji login999. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji login999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures, loss of data, or losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

baji login999's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict baji login999's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Responsible Gaming

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless they have already been converted to real funds through satisfied wagering requirements.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which baji login999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is agreed in writing between the parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents baji login999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

baji login999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.
